91ÖÆƬ Hosting Veteran Appreciation Banquet
91ÖÆƬ will host a Veteran’s appreciation banquet on November 8, 2017 at 5:00 pm in the Copper Lounge in the Student Union Building. The event, sponsored by the 91ÖÆƬ Student Veteran Task Force, will honor 91ÖÆƬ students, faculty and staff who served or are currently serving.
For the 4th year in a row, the Task Force will be announcing the nominees and recipient of the Distinguished Student Veteran Award. “This year, 11 students were nominated for the award,” noted Janet Friesz, 91ÖÆƬ Certifying Official and member of the Student Veteran Task Force. “It’s clear that the quality of our 91ÖÆƬ student veterans is exceptional.”
